Union Training & Skilled Trade Development
Many members of the Air Comfort field team complete extensive apprenticeship and training programs through the Pipefitters Local 597 training program, one of the most respected mechanical trade programs in the country.
This apprenticeship includes:
- a five-year training program
- classroom education and hands-on field experience
- instruction from experienced industry professionals
- exposure to real-world mechanical system installation and service
