Silvana Skocic joined Air Comfort in 2016 and serves as Regional HR Manager, bringing more than a decade of HR experience and a strong background in the HVAC industry to her role. She holds SHRM-CP and CPSP certifications alongside degrees in Business Administration and Technical Management - a combination that gives her a grounded perspective on both people operations and organizational strategy.

Silvana's areas of expertise include payroll, employee benefits, union and employee relations, and HRIS implementation, with a track record of building HR processes that make day-to-day work more efficient and effective. Silvana is driven by a genuine belief that when employees feel supported and valued, the entire organization is stronger for it. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and dancing - finding joy in movement and music whenever she can.
