Rick DeCoste serves as Sheet Metal Superintendent, bringing more than 42 years of HVAC industry experience. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide variety of commercial projects, building extensive expertise in sheet metal fabrication, installation, and field operations. In his role, Rick oversees sheet metal projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the next generation of tradespeople and enjoys helping apprentices develop their skills and confidence in the field.
