Martin "Marty" O'Brien brings 28 years of industry experience to his role as Director of Plumbing Services, including 21 years as a Chief Engineer where he developed deep expertise in system operations, safety, and facility management. A licensed stationary engineer, Marty holds an extensive list of certifications including OSHA 10 and 30, RFC, Life Safety Director, NFPA 70E, City of Chicago Stationary Engineer License, and LOT Certification.

He is passionate about building strong client relationships, upholding rigorous safety standards, and delivering dependable solutions across the plumbing services division. Outside of work, Marty enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and their three children, and is an avid muscle car enthusiast who races and works on his classic vehicles in his spare time.
