Joe Caton serves as Purchasing Manager at Air Comfort, bringing more than 26 years of HVAC industry experience. Since joining the company in 2022, he has supported operations with broad knowledge of purchasing, quoting, account management, billing, dispatch, and service coordination. Throughout his career, Joe has led commercial service and nationwide quoting departments, building a reputation for collaboration, problem-solving, and operational excellence. His hands-on experience across multiple disciplines gives him a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the ability to support teams organization-wide.

Joe enjoys seeing projects completed successfully and knowing customers are satisfied. Outside of work, he serves as an officer with the Knights of Columbus, and is a former lead singer in a cover band and church choir member. He also enjoys spending time with his wife of 45 years, their four children, and their growing family of grandchildren.
