LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized certification system that measures how well a building or community performs across all the metrics that matter most: Energy, savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.

What does LEED mean for Air Comfort?

LEED Certification makes Air Comfort a fore-runner in the GREEN Initiative and provides building owners and operators a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical measurable green building design, construction, operations, and maintenance solutions.

Air Comfort has three LEED accredited professionals, how does it benefit the customers'?

As LEED AP's we are familiar with the rating system and what HVAC related credits are available to our customers. We can assist in gathering and documenting the data required to obtain these credits. Building owners are eligible for one credit simply for having a LEED AP work on their project. We literally bring one credit with us on the first day of the project.

MSCA Star Certified

Air Comfort is certified by the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) as an MSCA Star contractor. MSCA Star qualified contractors represent the best in HVAC/R service for commercial, institutional and industrial customers. MSCA Star is an achievement designation for service excellence awarded to an elite group of mechanical service contractors by the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA), the nation's leading trade association representing the HVAC/R service contractor. We spend a great deal of time determining the needs of our clients, and then we develop a plan and procedures to support those needs. To assure that our plan is on track we suggest quarterly meetings to exchange feedback, opinions and suggestions.

We have a wide range of resources available to help us perform almost any job. We take advantage of the most up to date technology and software, including AutoCAD, CADPipe, Timberline. Our in-house sheetmetal shop allows us to complete jobs in less time and with any special requirements completely in our control.
