His ability to communicate in a calm, professional, and efficient manner is a key ingredient in our overall success. His demeanor is comforting to our clients and well received by our service personnel that are put to the test when these extreme conditions present themselves. It doesn?t hurt that Markus has the ability to make you laugh at the drop of a hat. We all appreciate your humor and hard work. No one is more deserving!
Congratulations Markus, you set the tone and example for all to follow!
First Quarter, 2010Nicole Kuta
Controller
9 years
Please congratulate Nicole Kuta for being named our first quarter QIP winner! Thanks to Nicole's leadership over the last couple years organizing our physical inventory and count, this year's inventory adjustment was minimal for the first time in recent history. And, for those of you here for the annual count, you know that the time spent counting on Saturday has been greatly reduced. In addition to getting inventory more organized and the transactions recorded more accurately, Nicole serves a lot of roles in the Accounting Department. She handles most of the day-to-day issues for anyone with a question, and is the back-up person for all of us in the department when we are out of the office. And, she gets to take care of the daily computer issues, which can take up a lot of time. She handles many different tasks each day, and always has a smile for everyone. Nicole, thank you for all your hard work, and for being so pleasant to work with!

He represents Air Comfort extremely well. We had several clients reach out to us and convey how pleased they are with him personally and also the work he does on their chillers.
Steve Phillips, Chief at CNA, had more than a few nice things to say about Mike and his outstanding performance:
"It's too often in this business that we only hear about the bad things. It's nice when we can write about something good. I think it?s important to recognize people when they do good work. Mike completed an outstanding job that was of great importance to CNA business needs. I called Mike late Friday when he was just minutes from home. Without hesitation, he returned immediately to the job to assist. Our data center chiller failed and Mike came down to CNA and secured the part needed for the repair and installed the part. Mike has serviced CNA in a very professional manner from the first day he gained this account."
