Air Comfort was recently certified by the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) as an MSCA Star contractor. In order to become certified, contractors must meet a series of eight requirements, including the following:

MSCA member in good standing

Proven track record in the HVAC/R industry

Minimum of 25% of workforce UA Star certified

Documented company service safety and health programs and an outstanding safety record

On-going training for all employees - employees attend at least once MSCA or MCAA national or local program yearly

Established truck inventory control system and major tool inventory program

Photo ID cards worn by field personnel

Highest levels of customer service

Air Comfort is one of only forty contractors countrywide to receive this honor. According to the MSCA, contractors designated as MSCA Stars have proven they are an experienced service contractor, employ the best trained and most qualified workforce, maintain a superior safety record, offer outstanding customer service, and focus on continuing education and training for all employees.
